STORE POLICIES

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1) DELIVER TO SNOCIAL (August 3rd): Please provide your OLDEST child's name during checkout when prompted. You will receive an email confirmation of your order being placed and a second one reminding you to pick up at the Snocial! (Any orders that are not picked up at the Snocial will be sent home with your oldest child on the 1st day of school)

SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be contacted for an updated shipping address and invoiced for reshipment of the order.

We provide tracking information for all shipments. We are not responsible for damaged or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier service. It is the responsibility of the customer to file the appropriate claim with USPS or UPS. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. Manufacturer's sizing charts are provided whenever available to aid in sizing selection. Items are vigorously inspected prior to delivery to ensure that they meet our standard of production. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you. The 3 day window begins when the package is marked delivered by the courier.
